How quickly does our partnership create impact?

Immediately. Your investment goes directly to program operations including providing free eye screenings, distributing glasses, and training technicians. Within 30 days of partnership launch, people are receiving vision care through your support.

Can we specify which country or program our funding supports?

Yes! Many partners choose to focus on specific countries (e.g., “We support GoodVision’s Liberia operations”) or programs (e.g., “We sponsor school vision screenings”). We’ll work with you to align your support with your interests.

How do you ensure our brand is represented authentically?

We carefully balance partner recognition with mission-first messaging. Our social media features partners in the context of impact stories. You’re celebrated as the enabler of change, not as a commercial advertiser. We’ll share all planned posts with you for approval before publishing.

What if we want more or less engagement than the standard package?

Flexibility is key. Don’t need bi-annual calls? We’ll stick to email. Want more employee engagement? Let’s explore options. The packages are starting points for conversation.

Do you work with companies outside the optical industry?

Absolutely! While optical companies are a natural fit, we partner with technology companies, healthcare organizations, financial services firms, consumer goods brands, and more. Your CSR focus + our global health mission = partnership opportunity.

How do you track impact so precisely?

We use comprehensive tracking systems to monitor all program data: every eye screening, every pair of glasses distributed, every technician trained. Our GoodVision app will provide even more detailed beneficiary tracking. We generate detailed reports from this data for all partners. All impact claims are backed by this rigorous tracking infrastructure.

What's your overhead ratio?

GoodVision USA operates with approximately 25% overhead, meaning 75% of donations go directly to program operations. In addition to being accredited by BBB Wise Giving Alliance, GoodVision has Gold status from GuideStar and a 4-star rating with Charity Navigator, all of which require meeting rigorous impact and financial transparency standards.

Can we visit operations to see our impact firsthand?

Yes! We coordinate an annual international site visit. These require at least 6 months advance notice to ensure proper logistics, safety protocols, and meaningful experiences. Travel related costs (airfare, hotel, etc.) are the responsibility of the partner. Visits are available to Innovation Leader partners and by special arrangement for others.

How long are partnership commitments?

Partnerships are annual with the option to renew. Multi-year commitments are welcomed and may unlock additional benefits or customization.
